Cancellation Policy

At Polished by Aubrey, I value your time as well as mine. To ensure I can accommodate all of my clients, I kindly ask that you review and respect the cancellation policy. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING I require at least 1 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 1 hour notice will result in a 25% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. NO-SHOWS Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment to book future appointments. LATE ARRIVALS If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, I might need to shorten your service to avoid delaying other clients. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and subject to the cancellation fee.
